Return Requirements
Contact Us within 72 Hours: If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Any return request made after this 72-hour period will not be eligible for a return.

Eligibility for Returns
Condition of Items: The items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Returns on customized or assembled products are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to returns, depending on the product and condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Instructions: After your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to process once the return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
